Torche / Black Breath photos

Torche next week! (so pumped)

After a crushing night with Black Breath next Wednesday we hope you will have the energy to return to the Hare & Hounds the following night and witness the mighty, thunderous Torche.

KAPOW!

and what a night it will be as London noise rock outfit Part Chimp will be supporting (they have a reputation for being VERY loud, people) and fresh from shiny good Supersonic reviews Stinky Wizzleteat will be opening proceedings. Check out these kind words

Through all the ultraheavy riffage and faux (oh alright real) violence, the vocals from hell, the filth and depravity what I really picked up on from this band is that they CARE! And it’s not just about their music which is quite clearly well rehearsed and fabulous. I note that they are able to throw in gearchanges and improvisations which are shouted out to the beleaguered Teat and they don’t drop a beat throughout the set! That takes some doing. But they seem to care about people. Just look at those song titles. And joking aside, you should have seen the love in the eyes of the poor frenzied creatures who follow this band – even as they set about Teat and ripped his clothes off.

Last Capsule gigs of the year!

If you like coming to Capsule shows, and frankly I know I do, make sure that you attend the final gigs of the year.

The latest Southern Lord signing Black Breath will be performing at Hare & Hounds on 24th November, with support from Grimpen Mire. Then the following day (yes, it’ll be a fine week) the mighty Torche will be playing along with Part Chimp and Stinky Wizzleteat.
